Buying, operating or selling a bed and breakfast in today’s competitive marketplace is too risky a direction alone.  Rob and Jane Sales bring the advantages of unemotional objectivity, professional B&B expertise, persuasive trend research and decisive recommendations. 

Our Fees
- Consulting fees are $500 for an initial first day evaluation, plus travel and expenses.  For each additional day, as agreed by the client, the fee is $750 per day for each additional day.   A short-version of the BBC B&B Stability Review is included, addressing one bed and breakfast inn's business and real esate property for sale.  Our initial evaluation does not include our review of destination, community, trends, etc., which are covered in a full Review & Rating.

- BBC B&B Stability Review & Rating fee is $3,500 and includes a comprehensive summary addressing the viability of the property, marketplace, community, destination and trends.  Upon approval from our client, this information is provide to the listing real estate broker handling the Inn for Sale.
 
- Travel and Expenses.  Travel and per diem expenses are billed at cost.

- Transaction fees are a minimum of $75,000 or 4% of sales price.   A comprehensive BBC B&B Stability Review & Rating is included, along with a review of ready buyers and exclusive, unpublicized inns for sale. 

- Billing and Payment.   Fifty percent of fee estimate is due upon signed agreement of Letter of Understanding.
